We’re partnering with a leading regional bank in Singapore that is looking for ambitious Malaysians to join its Wealth Banking team.

You do not need prior banking experience to be considered. This opportunity is open to:

1. Fresh graduates with a recognized bachelor’s degree
2. Degree holders with experience in sales, business development or customer service
3. Individuals who enjoy building relationships and are motivated by targets and commissions

You’ll receive structured training and development to help you build your knowledge of banking, investments and wealth solutions. You’ll also be supported as you develop relationships with customers and grow your portfolio.

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
2. Understand their financial goals and needs
3. Introduce suitable banking, protection and wealth solutions

6. Ensure all customer dealings meet the bank’s compliance standards

You may be a good fit if you:

1. Hold at least a recognized bachelor’s degree in any field
2. A candidate with full working rights for Malaysia who is genuinely open to relocating to Singapore
3. Are a fresh graduate or have experience in sales, business development or a customer-facing role
4. Communicate confidently and enjoy building relationships with different people
5. Are ambitious, resilient and motivated by performance-based earnings
6. Want to develop a long-term career in banking and wealth management
