Requirements :

1. Can communicate in English and Malay (Knowing mandarin would be an advantage)
2. Minimum at least 5 credits in SPM or Diploma and Degree
3. Able to work in a team & an outgoing person
4. Required to have own transportation & driving license

Job Responsibilities:

1. Attend meetings, seminars, and programs to learn about new products and services
2. Calculate premiums and establish payment methods
3. Report the progress of initiatives to stakeholders
4. Maintain bookkeeping systems, databases, and records
5. Monitor insurance claims
6. Meet customers’ expectation to ensure satisfaction of insurance coverage
7. Continuously educate yourself on the industry and learn about new products and services
8. Fulfill all policy requirements
9. Help clients settle any claims on their insurance
10. Customize insurance programs to suit individual customer needs
11. Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including completion of the appropriate forms
12. Inspect property in order to examine its overall condition and decide its insurance risk
13. Make sure all paperwork is filled out and filed to put insurance policies in place
14. Assist customers in properly completing insurance applications in order to act as an intermediary between the customer and the insurance company
