Job Description

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high standards.
2. Lead, supervise, and develop team members to achieve operational goals.
3. Monitor sales performance, manage costs, and drive profitability.
4. Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety regulations.
5. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
6. Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control.
7. Prepare staff schedules to ensure optimal manpower planning.

Job Requirement

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B operations (management level preferred).
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
5. Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
