Chef de Partie- Frozen Dessert & Shave ice

       We are looking for a GREAT Dessert Chef to joint our team. 

• If you are interested in being a part of a Frozen dessert team, we've got the place for you! The ideal candidates should have an interest in perfecting the art of making shave ice, Kakigori and other frozen dessert high attention to detail, and a willingness focus quality every day.
• To lead the team in researching, creating new flavors, cakes, pastries and developing new product lines.
• To oversee production of gelato, pastries, baked goods, related desserts as required and maintain product standard.
• To manage raw material ordering, adjusting orders if required prior to the deadlines.
• Conduct regular checks on team knowledge, understanding and overall practices.
• Ensure that the highest quality of kakigori ice cream/yogurt/sherbet/sorbets is produced by following established recipes and perform all required production procedures.
• Strong knowledge of shave ice production, baking techniques and the pastry-making process
• Possessing minimum certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking (or any relevant field) or proven experience in F&B industry.
• Holds a valid Food Safety & Hygiene Course certificate.
• Skills & Abilities : -Proactive, motivated and reliable, with a keen attention to detail
• Punctual, good working attitude and able to work under pressure
• Good time management and discipline to ensure the optimal work performance
