• Develop and implement digital content strategies for Xiao Hong Shu, Facebook, and Instagram to boost our brand’s visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling graphics and visual content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and advertisements, adhering to our brand guidelines.
• Design both print and digital marketing materials such as posters, menus, and social media posts, ensuring consistency with our branding guidelines.
• Produce and edit promotional videos that feature creative visuals and impactful messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing team members and other departments, such as outlet operations and culinary teams, to brainstorm and develop new digital marketing campaigns and ensure content alignment with overall business strategies.
• Monitor social media trends and utilize analytics tools to optimize content strategies and enhance audience engagement.
• Work closely with chefs and restaurant staff to showcase food and beverage offerings in a visually appealing and enticing manner

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications or related field
• Proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
• Strong portfolio of work showcasing high-quality photography, videography, and graphic design skills.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Fluency in Mandarin, essential for content creation aimed at the Chinese market.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Capcut
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders, including chefs, restaurant staff, and marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for creating engaging content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under tight deadlines.
