Full Time Kitchen Helper

SoYoung Malaysia Restaurant's Full Time Kitchen Helper (based at Sri Kembangan)

• Malaysian 18 years and above & Malaysian fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Have good communication skill in English, Malay, Mandarin.
• Have own transport to work.
• Training will be provided.
• Have at least 1 year of F&B kitchen experience.
• Able to work in fast restaurant environment and cope with tight food orders.

Job responsibilities:

• Prepare mise en place (cut vege, prepare ingredients).
• Prepare hot food (eg: spaghetti, pasta, fried rice etc).
• Familiar with the menu including presentation.
• Maintain the high standard of hygiene, sanitisation and personal grooming.
• Keep tidy and maintain the cleanliness of the work area and kitchen storage.
• Taste and check the food before going out to the guest including quality.
• Maintain food quality and good fresh quantity.
• Stock taking.
• May be requested to perform other adhoc tasks requested by supervisor and management.
