Hotel Name Job Description As the Executive Assistant Manager - F&B, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations within the hotel. You will work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and profitability. Work Experience

1. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability in the F&B department while maintaining high standards of service and quality.
2. Operations Management : Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and catering, ensuring efficient and smooth service delivery.
3. Financial Management : Manage the F&B budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control measures to optimize financial performance and achieve targets.
4. Menu Development : Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menus that cater to the preferences of our guests while staying aligned with budgetary requirements.
5. Guest Satisfaction : Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and hygiene across all F&B outlets.
6. Staff Development : Recruit, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver outstanding service and foster a positive work environment conducive to employee growth and retention.
7. Vendor Management : Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products at competitive prices.
8. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
