Job Description

• Manage full cycle of monthly payroll functions that includes preparation and processing monthly payroll in an efficient, accurate and timely manner;
• Responsible for processing & checking attendance including leave, overtime, part time wages and intern student allowances.
• Check overtime claims, attendance records in order to update on any absenteeism, unpaid leave, absconding, resignation and new staff;
• Maintain and update staff personnel files in the payroll system
• Generate payroll related reports for internal and external submission;
• Attend to all payroll queries or payroll computation raise by the staff;
• Handle day to day HR functions including staffing, administering employee welfare / benefit programs, leave and attendance administration;
• Managing and delivering the day to day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks.
• Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counseling and updating employment confirmation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior or Management.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, professional Degree, or any related field;
• Language - English, BM, Mandarin
• At least 2 years of working experience in Food & Beverage field is required for this position;
• Details and can work under tight deadlines
• Pleasant personality, interpersonal skills, independent and good team player
