Description

SUMMARY - Responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner.

RESPONSIBILITES & AUTHORITIES:-
a. Inspects and approve incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

b. Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments to production to the production supervisor.

c. Coordinate, audit and ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with required specifications, quality, and standards.

d. Responsible for corrective and preventive measures that affect product quality.

e. Participate in Quality Gap Analysis investigations and help to identify root causes of quality incidents for the prevention of similar events in the future.

f. Responsible to compile Statistical Process Capability studies (SPC) and Capability (CPK) improvement on critical processes.

g. To create and review Operating Instruction, FMEA, Control Plan, Quality Plan, and Inspection standards.

h. Follow up closely with the respective process engineer or production engineer on improvement plans.

i. Follow-up and monitor Product Type Test (internal/external).

j. Liaise with the QA/QC HOD, Production Supervisor or Production HOD in order to improve the quality of the product.

k. Liaise with clients on product acceptance tests, investigate complaints and initiate corrective actions.

l. Responsible in the quality management system implementation in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements that are met.

m. Ensure good housekeeping and involved in 5S activities.

n. Ensure safety, health and environment standards are complied.

o. Other tasks as assigned by superior.

Cyprium Wire Technology Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 19 September 2018 as a private limited company. The Company is principally engaged in the manufacturing of wire and/or cable products, using electron bean irradiation technology, which utilize proprietary cross-linking/ ionizing radiation treatment.
The Company may fall under several permitted industries i.e. The automotive industry, machinery and equipment industry, construction projects and hardware shops, electrical and electronic shops and optometrists in the wholesale and retail industry (collectively, “the Permitted Industries”).
