Job Responsibility

To assist and follow Area Manager in monitoring Service Points across designated area.
Analyze operation information and data.
Responsible for the translation of important documents and meetings.
Prepare reports as and when needed.
To liaise and coordinate with external parties.
Other issues requiring cross departmental communication.
Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Area Manager.

Job Requirements

Diploma, degree holders or above, fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
Minimum of 1 year working experience as an assistant in related industry is a plus.
Must be proficient in Mandarin to communicate with China stakeholders, Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, and English is a plus.
Must possess driving license as may need to travel for work.
Familiar with MS Office and Data Analysis.
Willing to work 6 Days/Week (Saturday- Work from home)
