Penerangan Pekerjaan - Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibility
  • Working closely with the floor service crew to make sure the floor operation smoothly.
  • Manage, motivate, and train the floor service crew.
  • Monitor and control businessâs operation.
  • Ensure the quality of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for the customer service feedback and complaints handling.
  • Responsible for the restaurant environment hygiene and sanitation guidelines.
  • Plan and execute the deployment of service crew.
  • Safeguard company assets and equipment following operational guidelines and standards.
  • Working closely with management to plan and implement new ideas for promotions and upcoming events.
Job Requirements
  • Have at least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Experience and knowledge in Halal is preferred.
  • Positive attitude and good teamwork.
  • Advantage of having team management skill.
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, and Public Holidays, whenever require.
  • No specific education level required.
