Penerangan Pekerjaan - Waiter / Waitress

  • Serve food to guest, including greeting and seating guests, removing dirty and empty dishes, refilling beverages, replacing glassware, and taking and clearing guest meals 
  • Take meal and beverage orders from customer and place the orders in Aliments System 
  • Deliver meals and beverages to customer when they have been prepared and ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests 
  • Cooperate and communicate with barista and kitchen to ensure the beverage and meal was delivered to the correct customer 
  • Provide assistance to kitchen as needed during peak periods 
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment 
  • Check that customer are satisfied with their meal 
  • Prepare the bill for tables when requested and ensure that the correct amount has been paid 
  • Ensure guest needs are met 
  • Ensure smooth operations by complying the house rules
