Job Description:

As an entry-level waitress, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our guests by providing attentive service and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables.
2. Presenting menus and taking accurate food and beverage orders.
3. Providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
4. Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
5. Anticipating and addressing guests' needs throughout their dining experience.
6. Processing payments and handling cash transactions.
7. Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
8. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area.
9. Assisting with opening and closing duties as needed.
10. Upholding company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
