Waitress

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Waitress to join our team. As a waitress, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our patrons. We are looking for someone who is friendly, efficient, and attentive to detail. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
2. Present menus and explain daily specials to customers.
3. Take accurate food and drink orders from customers.
4. Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
5. Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
6. Clear tables and clean dining area promptly.
7. Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
8. Collaborate with other restaurant staff to provide excellent service.
9. Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.
10. Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar role preferred.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
7. Basic math skills for handling payments.
8. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
9. Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.
