Assistant Project Manager

i. Responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects from beginning to end, managing several
moving project parts simultaneously.
ii. Liaise with Authorities for CCC, with Planning, Strategist department & Consultants for all
construction plans.
iii. To assist GM & CM on project forecast budget, margin and VE.
iv. To manage the project budget and ensure all deadlines are met.
v. Sub-contractor contract award, negotiation & management.
vi. Plan construction operations, site progress schedule & prepare progress reports.
vii. Verify sub-cons claims & certificates.
viii. Conduct site meetings and monitoring site progress.
ix. Resolve any site problems that may arise
