Job Description

What will we be expecting you to do?

• Work with team members to find potential customers and meet company monthly standard
• Communicate with potential customers, follow up and close sales through blast email, and calls
• Documents client’s information including phone number, address, and call history
• Respond to forthcoming inquiries regarding Process Certification, Product Certification, and Training through phone calls
• min 10 outbound calls in a day

Are you the one we are looking for?

• Candidates with a diploma and degree courses in Business, sales, and marketing major preferred.
• Extra advantages preferred know how products and services.
• Able to accept constructive criticism and willingness to improve skills
• Good communicating and persuasion skills
• Able to use basic computer software like Words, PPT and excel
• Confident and good communication in English, and Malay.
