Content Writer, E-learning

GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

• The E-learning Content Writer will work collaboratively with the E-learning Project Specialist to create highly interactive asynchronous E-learning courses for Ansell diverse learning audiences. The E-learning Content Writer/Copywriter is responsible for the development of high-quality written content while adhering to strict deadlines.
• The E-learning Content Writer will ensure strict adherence to grammatical rules, language consistency, and conventions, while paying close attention to, and impleenting Ansell's branding style and guidelines throughout.
• The E-learning Content Writer should be familiar with current instructional design theories and apply educational technologies to guide the development of learning programs to ensure learning is received, retained and yields repeatable practices that result in a great employee experience.
• The E-learning Content Writer/Copywriter will be responsible for ensuring that the content pace and flow serves the need of the target audience and ensures that E-learning content meets learning objectives for all E-learning projects.
• Additionally, the E-learning Content Writer/Copywriter should be a motivated individual with excellent management, digital, and communication skills to help craft digital training solutions for the Industrial and Healthcare industries.
• This role is on a 12-month contract basis. Successful candidates are required to own a personal laptop to carry out all tasks required for this role.

RESPONSIBILITY & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIE

• SWrite training-related documents including but not limited to presentation decks, video scripts, storyboards, knowledge assessments, closed captioning, curriculum, etc., and transcripts from various media prior to the instructional design phase in the development of highly interactive E-learning content
• .Review, edit, and rewrite training-related documents including but not limited to presentation decks, video scripts, storyboards, knowledge assessments, closed captioning, curriculum, etc., and transcripts from various media prior to the instructional design phase in the development of highly interactive E-learning content
• .Proofread completed E-learning content and courses to ensure content integrity and accuracy
• .Translate complex and technical information into an intuitive and straightforward format that is easy to digest requiring fewer instructions and an increase in comprehension
• .Standardize Learning Design material across various media (decks, documents) according to current templates, branding standards, and style guidelines
• .Collaborate with graphic designers, multimedia developers, instructional designers and programmers, and editorial teams as well as manage the needs of subject matter experts to deliver cutting-edge content
• .Work efficiently and effectively leveraging resources and relationships to ensure the highest level of content quality
• .Review and ensure all materials are consistent and aligned with learning and development guidelines and established standards
• .Evaluate development effectiveness and support by identifying ways to improve the training approach, content and deliver
