Medical Sales Representative

Job Description

• To market products on behalf of the company to attract customers and boost sales.
• Identifies business opportunities and strategically develops accounts for any assigned territories.
• Accountable for increasing revenue, expanding market share, and contributing to the company's growth and profitability in assigned territories.
• This role involves surgical sales, providing technical training and assistance to surgeon in the Operation Room (OR) 
• Committed to mastering new products as needed and excelling in technical knowledge of all available products.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers by offering support, information, and guidance.
• Demonstrates professionalism and courtesy when interacting with healthcare practitioners, including nurses, surgeons, consultants, and key decision-makers.
• Participates in sales activities such as meetings, conferences, workshops, and seminars.
• Ensures clear communication between departments to prevent confusion and facilitate workflow.
• Excellent teamwork, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Performs any additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilites

• Degree holder in Optical/ Optometry /Ophthalmology / Medical Science/ Life Science or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the relevant industry.
• High caliber fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent teamwork, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and result oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to travel.
• Possess own car.
