Patient Service Associate

• OT might be required due to clinic overrun
• Open to deployment in case of pandemic

We are seeking a dynamic, resilient and highly dedicated Patient Service Associate to join our Specialist Outpatient Clinics. As a Patient Service Associate, you will deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our patients and visitors, with the key aim of providing excellence patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Counter Registration 

• Perform registration and screening of patients 
• Perform accurate billing and timely collection of payments
• Comply to clinic facilities readiness 

Consultation Room 

• Assist clinicians and/or therapists during clinic consultation. 
• Provide proper care and coordination and coordinate first/follow-up appointments for patients. 
• Manage wait time and keep patient updated in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum “N” Level. 
• Healthcare or service or related industry preferred but not required. 
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.
• Annual package: 15 months (include, AWS)
