Job Description

Thoughtfull is hiring a Projects Lead to work closely with the Head of Operations to build scalable systems and streamline process flows across the organization. The Operations team in Thoughtfull sits at the center of the organization and helps coordinate initiatives and activities across departments. This person will play a big part of this role and should be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

What you will do:

• Own and drive strategic initiatives, able to frame problems and break down complex initiatives into actionable tasks
• Grow to be thought partner to department leads to drive operational excellence
• Work cross-functionally to streamline process flows
• Launch & incubate new businesses

About you:

• Experience working in cross-functional or strategic roles
• Minimum 3-5 work experience in project management, strategy or operations roles. Experience working with product or in a B2B industry is a plus
• Familiar with data analysis / BI tools
