Telemedicine Administrator

Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

• Ensure all the telemedicine calls are being picked up by the doctor. Call and Nudge the doctor on duty for call back request/ miss call
• Monitor the telemedicine dashboard during your shift
• Ensure correct billing and guide patient to check out after consultation
• Liaise with clinic assistant and arrange medicine for dispensing
• Update and keep all medical records in excel during your shift
• Ensure all claiming are done during your shift
• Able to work with various team members- IT team, Policy admin team

Requirement:

• Able to work at least 3-night shifts a week
• Professional English proficiency (both spoken and written)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Powerpoint, Word and Excel)
• Preferably past experience in Healthcare - Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
• 3 Rotation Shift: 7am to 3pm; 3pm to 11pm; 11pm to 7am
• Ability to commit for rostered rotational shift work.
