Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resource Manager at Pharm-D Health Science located in WP Kuala Lumpur. Your day-to-day responsibilities include,
- Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support and expertise in all HR-related matters including foster a productive and supporting work environment within the department.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive working culture and increase employee satisfaction level.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, benefits & compensation and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with departmental heads to understand and address Company needs and challenges related to human capital
- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening and on-boarding
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify the trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and practices.
- Manage employee grievances, investigations and mediate disputes in a constructive manner to minimize negative impacts on the Company.
- Identify the training needs assessment and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives that add value to a culture of continuous learning and growth and contribute to the Company's success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
- 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles with at least 5 years in a senior level managerial position
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and legal requirements.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the Company.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
