Guest Relations Specialist

As a Guest Relations Specialist at GTC Transport Sdn Bhd, you are several persons rolled into one - a Chauffeur, a Tour Guide, and a Guest Relations Officer with good general knowledge. You will be expected to provide high levels of service (road travel driving and client communication ability), and asset management (fastidious maintenance of the overall appearance, cleanliness and road worthiness of the assigned vehicle). 

Your guests/clients will be expecting a top notch experience, as they would if they were flying FIRST or BUSINESS Class. Therefore, your ability to deliver a smooth, safe, comfortable and insightful road travel experience is crucial.

We are looking for the following candidates who possess the following pre-requisites:

A) Candidates aged (30 to 45)

B) Posses a valid Malaysian driver’s license with at least 8 years of driving experience and a clean track record

C) Effectively bilingual in English and Bahasa Malay, or Mandarin

D) Excellent communication skills

E) Well groomed and with high standards of personal hygiene

F) Posses a PSV License is an added bonus. Successful candidates who do not have an existing PSV License will be required to obtain one for the job

G) Able to work odd hours and rotating shifts. Able to work on weekends and public holidays (excluding personal religious or ethnic holidays)

H) Able to travel long distances in Malaysia, and able to travel in and out of Malaysia to Singapore
