JOB DESCRIPTION

• The successful candidate would be assigned to assist the Team Lead of the e-Invoice implementation project for one year 
• Assist to review existing processes and journal entries. Then recommend and document the changes.
• Prepare training materials
• Update Department Operations Manual (the department is ISO certified)
• Prepare test plan and perform system testing
• Work closely with IT personnel and other finance sections (receivable, payable, tax etc.) to ensure project timeline are met.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Finance or Accounting and/or related accounting professional qualifications (E.g. MIA, ICAEW, ACCA, MICPA,CPA, CIMA).
• Minimum 2 years audit, tax and/or accounting experience.
• Excellent writing skill.
• Good with powerpoint
• Highly organised
