Tour Operations Executive

Requirements:

• 1-2 years working experience in tour and travel operation industry (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in BM and English, both spoken and written,. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in operational activities including transport fleets to ensure efficient service delivery to clients and agents.
• Handle booking inquiries (FIT/GIT) and provide timely and efficient response to all queries.
  Participate in regular team discussion & meetings to brainstorm ideas and solutions.
