• To evaluate and approve credit proposals.
• To review credit policy/ guideline and provide lending directions/ advice to business units.
• To ensure credit propositions are attended to within the set turnaround time and comply with the Bank's established credit policy, business plan and direction of lending.
• To manage and guide the team in the evaluation of consumer/commercial loans.

Requirements :

• A recognized Degree in Finance, Investments, Banking or Economics with at least 5 years of experience in credit processing including approving loans in a financial institution at Managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of latest developments in banking and financial circles.
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Certified Credit Professional (CCP)/ Business Credit Professional (BCP) qualification will be an added advantage.
