Job Summary:

• Responsible to ensure the security and integrity of SCADA systems and instrumentations. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding SCADA and OT infrastructure against cyber threats, ensuring the reliable and secure operation of SCADA systems throughout Production and Distribution area.

I)Main roles and responsibilities

• Report to Head of Operational Technology Services and Head of Unit Technical Support on daily basis or as when required.
• Technical leader responsible for coordinating and overseeing all technical SCADA and OT operation related to Company cyber security business.
• Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI Model, defence-in-depth, and common security elements
• 1st line of defence in SCADA and OT operation: To manage and conduct Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Identity Access Management (IAM) and Penetration Test (PT)
• Manage and improve Company security strategy, roadmaps, policy, standard and framework.
• Manage SCADA and OT daily operations for managed service and support service obligations.
• Provide troubleshooting assistance and training to engineer and contractors and issue resolution, problem, and contingency planning.
• Regularly review and propose improvement to existing resources, processes, procedures, and tools to ensure technical operation is effective and aligned to Company growth plan.
• Plan and monitor annual CAPEX and OPEX budget utilization and project milestone.
• Establish unit targets and implement tasks towards achieving KPI/KRA.
• Identify and propose new technology available to improve SCADA systems, cyber security and its operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey SCADA cyber security risks and strategies.
• Ensure SCADA systems comply with relevant cyber security standards and regulations.
• Develop tender documents for SCADA maintenance works and evaluates tender submissions.
• Implement activities pertaining to compliance of health, safety and quality procedures.
• This role requires travelling across Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur

• Aware and understand the whistle-blower policy and carry out daily job activity with full integrity

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electronics, Control System and Instrumentation, Information Technology
• Minimum 6 years working experience in the related field.
• Knowledge of Word, Excel and Windows.
• Knowledge of IEC62443 and ISA99.
• Proficiency in cybersecurity tools, protocols, and technologies relevant to SCADA systems. Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA protocols is essential.
• Expert level of electronic sensor systems for SCADA ie level, pressure, flow, temperature and water quality.
• Expert principle of the SCADA and Telemetry.
• Expert principle in Cyber Security in Operational Technology
• · Strong knowledge of OT protocols, standards, and technologies.
• Familiar with security frameworks and regulations applicable to OT, such as NIST, IEC 62443 and ISMS
• Strong experience in solutions design, defining and/or implementing security technologies, and solutions to deliver information security & OT capabilities across multiple layers of the OT architecture
• Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office.
• Knowledge in Project Management software (such as MS Project).
• Communication expresses self-confidence in spoken and written communications.

• Problem solving – identify/anticipate problems before it happens.
• Have strong technical writing and communication skills.

• Expert level in Contract Administration.
