Join Our Team as an Associate Accountant!

As an Associate Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our ANZ shared services team. Your responsibilities will include:
a) Assisting in intercompany reconciliation and FX Exposure reporting.
b) Conducting bank reconciliation and sweep postings.
c) Generating daily cash reports and allocating cash for the ANZ region.
d) Managing master data creation and serving as a Concur administrator.
e) Compiling and preparing reports on Energy and Sustainability Data and the Reports on our Leases.
f) Communicating and coordinating with the ANZ team, escalating unresolved issues to management.
g) Supporting future SSC projects and other assigned duties from superiors. Qualifications We're Looking For:
a) Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
b) 1-3 years of related work experience; Audit or SSC experience is a plus.
c) Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.
d) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
e) Innovative, resilient, and a team player.
f) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels. The following below would be great to have:
a) Experience with QAD, SAP, Epicor, or other major ERPs.
b) Previous experience in a matrix organization.
