We're looking for a junior/senior business IT system analyst & functional to join our family at Daxonet, a vibrant tech company with offices in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru. As a software Functional Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in helping organizations harness the power of business software systems for streamlined and efficient operations.

Your goal will be providing analysis of business requirements, functional solutions, project documentation, testing, end user training, deployment, and project implementation.

Working location

What You'll Do:

• Responsible for business system analysis, user acceptance testing and implementation of business software solutions.
• Understand business requirements from the users and interpret into functional specifications, supported by thorough and well documented proposals.
• Working closely with Technical System Analyst and Development Team to resolve application issue, and involve into development for bug fix and enhancement according to business needs.
• To be able to advise customers as well as to provide functional consulting (e.g. functional processes/workarounds) to users.
• Work within a team based environment.

What We Need From You:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Management or equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in the similar or related.
• Desired experience(s): Minimum 1 - 2 years of relevant working experience in business software environment.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) such as Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, SAGE, Epicor, Infor, or related ERP software will be an added advantage.
• Key quality(s): Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Time management skills, Learning & Facilitation skills, Strong analytical and system thinking skills, able to work in a team environment, result oriented and work independently.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin ( Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients)
• Malaysian Only

Successful candidates will be required to work at Petaling Jaya area and/or may be required to travel to project sites within the Klang Valley as and when required.
