Consultant, Corporate Recovery and Restructuring

Description Responsibilities:

• -Responsible to perform financial forecasts, analyze data and create financial models;
• -Assist with due diligence of transactions including review of financial information
• -Able to prepare and review proposals/business report materials.
• -Lead and guide team members in completing various assignments and client engagement.
• -Liaise with various parties such as regulators, registrar, lawyer, and accountant for the processing of submissions for the transactions.

Job Requirements

• Degree in a relevant discipline and/or a professional qualification (e.g ICAEW/ACCA/CIMA/MICPA/CPA Aust./MBA).
• Membership of MIA is an added Advantage.
• Possesses 2 years of related working experience in the field of Corporate Recovery & Restructuring
• Strong analytical and computer skills.
• Good command of English and report writing skills.
• Pleasant disposition with a positive outlook in life.
