Data Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Data Integration and Analytics Analyst who will be instrumental in leveraging the power of data to drive decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Integration: Spearhead the collection and assimilation of data from diverse internal
  platforms, databases, and external sources, ensuring a seamless flow of information.

• Data Structure Comprehension: Develop a comprehensive understanding of data relationships within our
  proprietary TQVP systems, facilitating more profound insights and system enhancements.
• Data Synthesis: Employ advanced reporting tools to consolidate data from multiple systems, creating a
  cohesive data ecosystem.
• Analytical Prowess: Analyze voluminous datasets to distill complex information into accessible insights that
  inform strategic decisions.
• Data Visualization: Design and execute compelling visualizations, detailed reports, and intuitive dashboards
  that encapsulate data narratives for various audiences.
• Cross-Functional Support: Act as a pivotal resource for departments requiring data expertise, providing
  guidance and support to enhance departmental functions.
• Communication: Articulate data findings and strategic insights to stakeholders and data owners with clarity
  and impact, ensuring alignment and actionable intelligence.
• Progress Reporting: Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and data requests during weekly
  meetings, maintaining transparency and fostering collaboration.
• Advanced Data Analysis: As the role evolves, take the lead in applying sophisticated data science
  methodologies and advanced analytics techniques to unearth deeper insights and predictive models.

Skillsets Required:

• Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in requirements gathering, with a keen analytical mind to interpret and
  analyze needs effectively.

• Technical Expertise:  
  • Database Management: Robust knowledge of database functionalities, with expertise in
    SQL for data manipulation and querying.
  • API and Data Integration: Solid experience with API usage for data integration, ensuring smooth
    interconnectivity between systems.

• Functional Skills:
  • Power BI Mastery: Intermediate to Advanced skills in Power BI for crafting interactive reports and dashboards.
  • Power Automate Efficiency: Competence in using Power Automate to streamline and automate workflows and processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and persuasive manner to a non-technical audience.
