The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Organising data and generating deep customer insights in order to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
• Supporting the sales team key planning and operations tasks to support the overall objective of the business.
• Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
• Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
• Monitoring and analysing key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions and also coordinating and ensuring accuracy of sales forecasts.
• Ensuring Sales process adoption and compliance and also identifying opportunities for improvement in the sales process and systems to ensure greater sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience ideally in B2B Sales / Account Executive or Digital Marketing within Professional Services and IT industry.
• Proficient in Korean and English language
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any field,
• Sales Experience of at least 6 months.
• Knowledge/experience in Digital Marketing of at least 6 months.
• Marketing understanding - at least handled Korean Market for 1 or more years
• Cold calling experience.
