We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the dual role of Project Manager & Programmer. This position requires a candidate who can effectively manage software development projects while also actively contributing as a programmer. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent technical skills, and a passion for both project management and programming.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic, Aerospace or any Engineering related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering Manager positions, preferably with progressively increasing responsibilities and leadership experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Job Description :
- Ensure the Safe and Effective Operation of Company Electro-Mechanical Assets
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, and ensure project resources are allocated effectively to support project objectives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, testers, and stakeholders, to ensure collaboration and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Actively participate as a programmer, writing clean, efficient code in various programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, etc.) to contribute to project deliverables.
- Collaborate with software engineers, designers, and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure code quality and project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement proactive measures to mitigate project risks and keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management, and provide recommendations for project improvements.
- Foster a positive team environment, motivate team members, and encourage collaboration and innovation to achieve project goals.
- Maintain and Uphold Electro-Mechanical Equipment and Systems
- Continuous Improvement of Plant Machinery and Utilities including the review, modification, upgrading, and cost-saving measures.
- Generate/Prepare BOM for Machine Upgrading and Modifications
- Machine Design, HMI, PLC Programming, and Other Electro-Mechanical Tasks
- Responsibility for Customer Machine Breakdown Service
- Create/Develop/design Electromechanical Mechanisms
- Lead On-Site and In-House Technical Support for Customers (Machine Troubleshoot, Repair, and Service)
- Lead New Equipment and Machine Installation, Service, Calibration, and Preventive Maintenance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interfacing with stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Conflict resolution skills to address conflicts and issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
