DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role This is a dual role of basic email support and office administration. On-the-job training is provided. This role will report to Technical Manager and Human Resources Manager. As the Facilities Assistant, you will:

• Office Administration
• General duty of office maintenance and upkeep of records and servicings – office utilities and premise maintenance.
• Coordinate office maintenance bills and invoices; for Finance payment processing.

Basic IT Support

• Email set up and creation.
• Basic laptop trouble shooting.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Facilities Assistant :

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Proactive attitude and able to work under face paced environment
• A high degree of self-motivation with ability to work independently and as part of a team
