  • Responding to and resolving user inquiries and technical issues related to software applications via phone, email or in-person.
  • Identifying and diagnosing problems related to software applications and working with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Documenting issues and resolutions in a ticketing system or other support tools.

  • Manage and monitor the implementation plan for human resources development (including the whole process of talent management) and human resources processes within PR1MA to ensure PR1MA's employee capabilities and needs are met in pursuing PR1MA's business goals and objectives.
  • Manage human resources day-to-day operations and programs by maintaining compensation and benefits, staff employment, designing systems, accumulating resources; resolving people issues, other HR matters and implementing change.
  • Lead in the development and implementation of HR policies and guidelines to ensure alignment between HR national standards and policies and PR1MA's organizational needs and requirements.
  • Formulate and establish the compensation and benefits program for PR1MA staff to ensure the compensation package is market competitive.
  • Establish and monitor Human Resources departmental budge, ensuring wherever possible, cost effectiveness is achieved.
  • Provide support to department managers to ensure the human resources issues are resolved and assist them in carrying out their responsibilities on personnel matters.
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or any relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in managerial level.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with office management and communication software.
  • Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concepts and how to apply them to HR processes.

  • Partnerships, Alliances & Influences - Establish relationships and partnerships with a variety of industry experts, businesses, media agencies/owners, and key social media influences, who share a strategic interest in Meeting & Event Planning and help develop these relationships with a range of Digital, Social and Mobile tools.
  • Analytics, Measurement & Reporting - Establish and track key performance indicators and other supporting metrics to measure Digital Marketing effectiveness and ROI.

  • Manage the full cycle of the recruitment process, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, scheduling interview appointments, and preparation of Letters of Appointments.
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans while identifying recruiting opportunities by researching new sources for talent. Assist in the preparation of HR documents such as Letters of Appointment, Confirmation, Transfer, Increment, and Promotion.

  • Excellent communications and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act, specifically in recruitment matters.
  • Confident in communicating with all levels of hierarchy in the organization.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and ad hoc assignments.
  • Mobile and willing to travel at short notice.
