Penerangan Pekerjaan - HR & Admin Executive (3 Months Contract)

Job scope for HR 

  •  Human Resources for CMSB: Set up and complete the company's human resource management policy. Reviews and updates the human
    resource management policy on a periodic basis to ensure that it is updated from time to time and with relevant
    policies for improvementAssist in the recruitment and onboarding process , including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire orientations.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and answer employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • Support performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews, providing documentation, and assisting in performance improvement plans.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Help resolve employee relations issues by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and providing appropriate guidance.
  • Update employee personal records, ensure proper filing on all HR related files.
  • Payroll Processing for CMSB. Responsible for timely processing of payroll, related reports for submission to relevant government authorities such EPF, Socso, LHDN, etc. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll data entry, adjustments, and deductions. Process new hires, terminations, and changes to employee payroll information. Review and validate timekeeping records and resolve any discrepancies.

Job scope for Admin

  • Assist in daily office administrative tasks and front office activities
  • To answer calls and attend to walk in/ appointment visitors 
  • Prepare and ensure all courier/ shipment arrangements are in place.
  • To prepare and coordinate with supplier for ordering business card and drinking water 
  • Collecting letters from office letter box and liaise with Office Building Management for any arrangement of delivery or office needs. 
  • Assist in any other duties as and when required.

  • 5 days / week
  • Monday - Friday
  • Weekends Off
  • 8 hours shift
