RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides support for employees in South Africa with expansion to Middle East countries regarding HR systems and processes.
- The role includes daily communication with employees, providing information and completing requests related to HR processes like compensation and benefits, personal administration, local and expat transfers and relocation, working time administration.
- Provide end to end HR Operations support to employees, line managers, and local HR.
- Execution of complex Local HR Processes, in line with existing policies and procedures, assuring high quality data management.
- Using the Salesforce tool to log queries and updates, create tickets and ensure closure of tickets.
- Keeping customers updated on the status of open cases.
- Taking ownership of end-to-end processes.
- Handing-off cases to other teams in HR Services as required.
- Dealing with third party service providers.
- Meeting established KPIs and SLAs. Timely escalation of complex queries to senior advisors, SMEs and policy teams.
- Acting as a country or process focal point if necessary.
- Liaising with HR Business Partners, HR in the Country, Employees, and Line Managers, as required in order to resolve cases.
- Building partnerships with HR Partners by clarifying policies and procedures, giving and asking for updates on case status, gathering missing data necessary for case processing, identifying best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Ensuring the info in Knowledge Management is up to date. Sharing best practices within the team, striving for continual improvement in service delivery, participating in improvement initiatives.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduates with Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or any related field.
- Fluent English with 1 year work experience (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good analytical skills, ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
- Professional experience in customer service environment desirable, knowledge of SAP HR module or other ERP system will be an asset.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Open to fresh graduates
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 2pm to 11pm Malaysia local time
- Country Support: Supporting employees within South Africa with a view to increased support/additional countries in future.
- Offered Salary: Up to RM 2,900
