HR Executive (Recruitment)

• Reporting to Human Resources Manager
• Responsible for identifying manpower needs and manpower analysis.
• Initiate manpower sourcing and recruitment activities.
• Monitoring manpower situation, especially shortage and redundancy.
• Ensuring hiring is within laws and regulations, including compliance of Collective Agreement and EICC practices. Attending to recruitment agencies, labor office, etc for open interview, job carnival, job fair, etc.
• Prepare workers transporter/driver incentive, employees' introduction incentive, etc.
• Prepare letter of appointment for employees.
• Conduct employees' orientation.
• Coordinate with Head of Department for employees' placing.
• Coordinate with employees and Head of Department for retaining employees' programs.
• Handle recruitment of foreign workers, including matter pertains to immigration and embassy.
• Other duties and assignment by superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HR management experience, demonstrating competence in independently handling various HR tasks.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with employees and management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of handling complex situations and making wise judgments.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing incentive mechanisms to inspire employee motivation and creativity.
• Strong interest in corporate culture building, actively participating in the establishment and promotion of corporate culture.
• Ability to systemize and streamline company processes, enhancing workflow efficiency and productivity.
