Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures.
Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and concerns.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to foster continuous improvement and career development.
Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects.
