Full job description

  • To update employees data and proper filling of administration.
  • To prepare warning letter to employees.
  • To complete the computation of salary (Indirect and Direct) before 28th of each month.
  • To place Purchase Request and issuing of uniform,shoes,stationery, office equipment and etc.
  • To prepare documentation for submission of opening of bank account for new employee.
  • Responsible for uniform/stationery/shoes distribution to employees.
  • To ensure good house keeping within the organisation.
  • To update all leave record (Annual Leave, Sick Leave,Unpaid Leave and etc).
  • To check & responsible for first aid box refill medicine.
  • To assist in administration matter.
  • To carry out task as and when assign by Department Head.

Education & Qualification

  • Diploma/Bachelor in Human Resource and/or Management or other disciplines.
  • Knowledge in RBA would be an advantage.
  • Able to interact and communicate in English and Malay.
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
