Penerangan Pekerjaan - HR & Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition: .

Collaborate with Managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. .

Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for open positions.Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessments, and offer negotiations.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and regulations.

2. Onboarding and Orientation: .

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary documentation.Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials and welcome packs for new employees.

3. Employee Relations: .

Provide support in handling employee grievances and addressing workplace conflicts. Assist in conducting investigations related to HR-related issues and recommend appropriate actions.

4. HR Policies and Compliance: .

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with Malaysian labour laws and regulations. Monitor and ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance requirements.

5. Training and Development: .

Coordinate and arrange training programs for employees to support their professional growth and development. Assist in identifying training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.

6. Performance Management: .

Support the performance appraisal process, including documentation and follow-up. Collaborate with managers to address performance-related concerns and develop improvement plans.

7. HR Data Management: .

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Generate HR reports and analytics for management review.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

2. At least 4-5 years of experience in HR and talent acquisition roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.

3. Solid knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.

4. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

7. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of integrity. 8. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications
