Human Resource Executive

Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

• Primary responsibility is to work with Senior Manager of Support Services to promote and support the current and future business operation.
• Monday to Friday office hours

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening and scheduling, and conducting interviews.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding activities. Handle staff confirmation, movement, and promotion.
• Process monthly overtime claims and eClaims, ePayroll and CPF.
• Handle yearly tax submission and adhoc tax celarance for foreign employees.
• Administer eLeave, group insurance renewal and claims.
• Consolidate government paid leaves for claim submissions.
• Draft memos and communicate with employees on HR matters.
• Handle events such as Teachers' Day Celebration, Staff Retreat, etc
• Track and follow up on confirmation appraisal. Handle yearly performance appraisal exercise.
• Liaise with government agencies on required submission such as MOM Labour Survey, Absentee Payroll, etc.
• Prepare HR reports for monthly HOD meetings

Requirements:

• Possess minimum one year of relevant experience
