LIST OF TASK/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing.
- Develop and oversee a recruitment process including reviewing job advertisements prior to posting, screen CVs, conduct telephone screenings, coordinate interview teams,
participate in interviewing candidates and ensure that documentation is collected and recorded/filed.
- Evaluate the need for employee training and development and make recommendations.
- Annually review the Personnel Handbook recommending amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws.
- Oversee the coordination and implementation of annual performance reviews.
- Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically.
- Investigate employee relations issues &work to ensure human resources related decisions are consistent and fair.
- Coordinate with Accounts team in the preparation of monthly Payroll.
- Support financial activities such as managing expenses and coordinating payroll-related documentation.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
6) REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in management or human Resources or other relevant fields.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.
- Well experienced in dealing with statutory bodies, Jabatan Tenaga Kerja (JTK) and another related department. Must be familiar with Statutory payment process.
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, Hr software and other relevant softwares.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently. Team player.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Possess Class “D” or class “B license.
