Penerangan Pekerjaan - Human Resources Business Partner

Job Description:

  • Partner with leaders and line managers to understand and address their human resource needs, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, talent management, organization development, employee relations, and compensation and rewards
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support the business objectives and promote employee engagement and retention
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
  • Conduct regular meetings with business unit leaders to review HR metrics, identify trends, and address any emerging issues or concerns
  • Serve as a mediator in employee relations matters, conducting investigations and facilitating conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, providing guidance and support to management on legal and regulatory requirements
  • Act as a champion and incorporate our culture and values in all aspects of the work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • 3 to 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment previous experience as HR generalist or HR consultant a plus
  • Relevant experience in tech or Internet industries is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate cross border discussions across locations of SEA and Mainland China
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and achieve business results
  • Structured problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, all while upholding meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established standards.
  • Demonstrate the ability to quickly evaluate ambiguous or complex situations, combine strong business judgment and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions
