Human Resources Executive

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR/ relevant
• Candidate must be familiar with Malaysia employment law
• Fluency in   JAPANESE & English   in terms of verbal, written & comprehension
• Candidate must have  3- 4 years Senior Executive   role experience in   Outsourcing industry  / HR BPO   or   Outsourcing manufacturing industry   are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Ensure compliance to company’s policies and procedures as well as local labour law
• Build a strong business relationship with stake holders and to bring best solutions for the business.
• HR Analytics/Metrics/Reporting and Knowledge Management/HR Capability Building.
