Job Description

Job responsibilities :

• To assist HR Manager by providing human resources services, including recruitment, employment processing, payroll, training and development and etc.
• To assist in staff medical claim & staff overtime calculation matters.
• Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Handle matter pertaining to staff leaves, overtime, HQ and site staff monthly attendance report.
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers' joining formalities.
• Manage payroll administration; prepare, update and maintain all HR records.
• Responsible for the update and monitor of the employee attendance records, overtime, medical and leaves records in HR payroll system.
• Issue letters of appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning letter and termination as instructed by Human Resource Manager.
• Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in Business Administration / Professional equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years working experience in construction industry and 1 years in managerial position.

3. Knowledge and experience human resource and accounting.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

5.   Preferable Mandarin Speaker.

6. To base at HQ Office - Bandar Saujana Putra, Jenjarom.
