Human Resources Management

Job Responsibility

• In charge of overseeing all HR functions, covering manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, disciplinary actions, grievances, administration and other HR-related services.
• Handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
• Generate HR reports and correspondence promptly.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee personal files.
• Administer employee benefits such as claims and leave.
• Foster employee engagement and lead organizational change management initiatives.

Job Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent with 3 years experience.
• Or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Well-versed with Employment and Industrial Relations Law.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Possess positive and problem-solving mindset.
• Possess own transport
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
