Job Responsibility - In charge of overseeing all HR functions, covering manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance and talent management, training and development, disciplinary actions, grievances, administration and other HR-related services.
- Handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions.
- Generate HR reports and correspondence promptly.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee personal files.
- Administer employee benefits such as claims and leave.
- Foster employee engagement and lead organizational change management initiatives.
Job Requirements - At least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent with 3 years experience.
- Or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Well-versed with Employment and Industrial Relations Law.
- Possess good communication skills.
- Possess positive and problem-solving mindset.
- Possess own transport
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
