TITLE: IT PROJECT MANAGER (INFRASTRUCTURE)

• Reporting line: Vice President, Project Management Office (PMO)

Job Description:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT Infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage the entire IT Infrastructure lifecycle, including LAN, WAN, CLOUD, SECURITY, and DATACENTER components.
• Lead a team of full-time members, providing direction, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize project management methodologies to effectively manage project activities and resources.
• Serve as a change management expert, facilitating smooth transitions and mitigating risks associated with project changes.
• Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders through verbal, written, and presentation channels.
• Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and project team members to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate / Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Professional certification in project management is preferred, but certified PMP and/or certified Scrum Master is added advantage.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in managing IT Infrastructure projects and system implementation/enhancement, Managing complete IT Infra, LAN, WAN, CLOUD, SECURITY, DATACENTER
• Experience in managing at least 5 full-time team members, excluding the implementation vendor.
• Experience in managing Agile projects as Scrum Master will be added advantage.
• Practical knowledge in project management methodologies, such as Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban
