About You

Carsome is looking for a new Talent Acquisition Lead to join our robust Talent Acquisition team. This role will require you to work very closely with stakeholders to meet their hiring needs while also ensuring that we are hiring the right people who are able to both contribute significantly to Carsome, and those that are going to blend in with our high-performance culture.

Your Day-to-Day ​

• Partner with the leadership and managers to gain a clear understanding of recruiting needs and organizational goals.
• Able to advice, guide and convince stakeholders on best practices, policies and manage expectations.
• Constantly improving on sourcing strategies.
• Identify and attract prospective Product, Data, Tech candidates using a variety of channels and job boards.
• Managing full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing to issuing employment offers, across a variety of high-level roles.
• Defining and driving the recruitment and candidate experience strategy for all vacancies.
• Being a true talent advisor and coach for hiring managers and candidates - will hold hiring managers accountable for offering an outstanding candidate experience and support them to make the best hiring decisions.
• Assessing recruitment data to define even better ways to attract and hire top talent.
• Gathering, tracking and sharing market intelligence related to salary trends, sourcing techniques and selection tools
• Execute special project, including interview best practices, hiring manager/team training, and employer branding / recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with TA Team and participate in Career Fairs, conferences, and meetups to network with professionals.
• Participate in other areas of talent acquisition.
• Constantly engaging with unique passive candidates to build healthy pipelines.

Your Know-How

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in either agency or in-house setting. Those with agency experience will be given priority.
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand job requirements for the different roles for hire.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and solid knowledge of talent sourcing techniques (e.g., Social Media recruiting, Boolean Search Techniques, and creative sourcing channels).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Independent, resilient, and ready to work in a fast-paced company with a strong can-do attitude.
• Willing to go the extra mile to hire the right quality talents and the ability to find solutions to overcome hiring challenges.
• A team player with good collaboration skills.
• Resourceful, detailed oriented and a able to multi task.
• Project management skills in areas of talent acquisition portfolios.
