We are looking for an analytical individual capable of thinking logically and articulating change to join us as a People & Culture Operations Excellence Specialist. In this role, you will lead our process improvement initiatives and enhance employee experiences through process design/redesign, optimization, and digitization. This position is crucial in shaping our People & Culture operations to create great employee experiences that align with our business needs and functional strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW
- Identify opportunities for process refinement throughout the employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding.
- Develop and execute comprehensive People & Culture (P&C) process improvement initiatives, focusing on optimizing P&C processes and workflows to enhance employee experience, reduce redundancy, and improve speed of decision-making, while staying compliant.
- Conduct process mapping and design discussions with cross-functional teams to synchronize processes, deploy automation, and leverage technology solutions for optimizing People & Culture (P&C) service delivery.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented process improvements, leveraging data and analytics to measure success and identify further optimization opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HR process optimization and employee experience enhancement.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving.
- Possess a certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent qualifications - a strong candidate would possess a Yellow or Green Belt level of certification.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Visio.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
DESIRED EXPERIENCES
- Minimum 4 years of experience in enterprise resource planning, process improvement, business process reengineering, or related roles.
- Experienced in implementing process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and elevate employee experience.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow design, and process automation tools is highly desirable.
